Our South India motorcycle tour takes you deep into one of the most colourful and captivating regions of the country, riding a mix of stunning coastal highways and winding backroads far from the usual tourist trail.

We begin on the tropical east coast in the seaside village of Mamallapuram, home to its extraordinary rock-carved shore temples, before setting out on an unforgettable coast-to-coast journey across the southern peninsula.

Following the shoreline of the Bay of Bengal, we visit the elegant French colonial streets of Pondicherry, a historic Danish fort, and a vibrant Christian pilgrimage town. From there, the ride opens up into a rich tapestry of South Indian life - weaving through lush rice paddies, temple towns and timeless rural landscapes across Tamil Nadu.

As the scenery transforms, we climb into the cooler Western Ghats, where misty mountains give way to fragrant spice plantations, rolling tea estates and the dense, tropical jungles of Kerala. It’s a region alive with colour, scent and wildlife, offering some of the most rewarding riding in India.

From the highlands, we descend to Kerala’s warm coastal plains, where we spend a night aboard a traditional houseboat drifting through the peaceful backwaters - a true highlight of the journey.

On our return, we follow a spectacular mountain route widely regarded as one of the most beautiful motorcycle roads anywhere in the world - a fitting finale to an unforgettable adventure.

With its perfect tropical climate, incredible food and ever-changing scenery, South India delivers an experience that stays with you long after the ride ends.
